WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

Whether this is your first time visiting a dermatologist or coming back for a follow-up appointment, we know that you might have some questions prior to your visit, so here’s everything you need to know beforehand.

Items to Bring

  • Photo ID: A valid government-issued driver's license or passport

  • Insurance Card: Bring a physical or digital copy (front and back) or email it prior to your visit

  • Preferred Pharmacy Information

Check-in

Upon arrival, inform our receptionist of your appointment to begin registration. Our receptionist will provide a sanitized iPad for intake and consent forms.

During Appointment

Reminders will be sent via text and email 24 hours prior to your appointment for medical, cosmetic, and spa services. Please confirm your attendance, reschedule, or cancel.

Check-out

After your visit, a medical assistant or receptionist will review provider recommendations and help schedule any follow-up visits.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel same-day for cosmetic procedures, a $150 fee will be charged to your card on file.
