Meet Dr. Hsu           

Dr. John Hsu is the founder of the Bellavita Center.  He is an expert plastic & reconstructive surgeon who specializes in body plastic surgery, including minimally invasive body contouring. 

He has undergone widespread training in multiple areas of the surgical field and has published several articles about various practices and procedures.  If you hope to have your plastic or reconstructive surgery performed by an outstanding surgeon who has received medical degrees and specialized training at the most prestigious medical schools in the nation and around the world, Dr. John Hsu is the right person for you. 

Dr. Hsu is a superb surgeon who has spent years developing and mastering his skill.  He received his Bachelor's degree in Microbiology Molecular Genetics from the University of California in Los Angeles, CA.  Dr. Hsu attended New York University where he graduated with a Master’s degree in Health Policy and Management.  He also received his doctorate degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine.  In addition to these degrees, Dr. Hsu has spent several years furthering his knowledge of medical procedures and conduct by completing a general surgery residency in New York and plastic and reconstructive fellowship in Philadelphia.  Included in his credentials are years of training at hospitals such as:

Dr. Hsu did extensive research at Harvard, UCLA and Hospital for Special Surgery in New York.  In an attempt broaden his knowledge, he spent extra time abroad in Asia to learn about Asian eyelid (blepharoplasty) and cosmetic surgery at the Chung-Gung Memorial Hospital in Taipei, Taiwan.  Such training programs involving procedures like Asian blepharoplasty, pediatric plastic surgery, craniofacial surgery, and breast surgery have enabled Dr. Hsu to offer a variety of services to a diverse client base. Not only is Dr. Hsu professional in conduct and demeanor, he is dedicated to providing his patients with premier customer service.
