Meet Simona Fikhman, PA-C   

Simona Fikhman, MS, PA-C, is a California State and National Board Certified Physician Associate with more than a decade of experience in dermatology. Since beginning her dermatology career in 2014, she has cared for patients of all ages and has developed a strong foundation in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Simona earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Hofstra University and completed specialized training in dermatology. She has experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, skin cancer, and rashes. She is also experienced in dermatologic surgical procedures, including biopsies, excisions, and other in-office treatments.

In addition to medical dermatology, Simona provides cosmetic treatments including neurotoxins and cosmetic laser procedures. She values a natural approach and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their skin.

Known for her calm, compassionate approach and warm bedside manner, Simona focuses on making patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for throughout their visit. She believes in building long-term relationships with her patients and providing thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. 

Outside of work, Simona enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their tiny poodle in Manhattan Beach. She loves being outdoors and enjoying the active coastal lifestyle of the South Bay community.
